HydroJect is a Delivery Injection System made by a combination of advanced polymers of medical grade and high-tech moulding technique, which allows efficient control of a micro incision upto 1.7 mm. through the compression of the foldable acrylic intraocular lens.

With HydroJect and its specific cartridge any complications during IOL implantation, as well as post operative disadvantages disappear (such as corneal deformation due to a widened incision).

Primary Advantages:

• This system is fully compatible, with the rising generation of extremely thin IOLs, designed for micro incision techniques and also for our range of Hydrophilic Acrylic IOLs (Single Piece and Plate haptics).
• This injection system uses hydraulic effect of the viscoelastic solution to push the IOL with a silicone stopper. The hydraulic pressure allows a soft, precise and completely controlled forward movement of the IOL through the cartridge. This effect allows the surgeon to inject the IOL with delicacy through a micro incision of 1.7 mm., depending upon the insertion technique used.
• Equipped with side windows, it allows the surgeon to visualize the free movement of the IOL in the cartridge chamber before inserting it in the patient eye.
• Scratches on the IOL, stretching of haptic, uncontrolled unfolding of the lens while releasing from the cartridge, are not found through this advanced technological delivery systems.

Bio Mecaject is a Delivery Injection System made by a combination of advanced polymers of medical grade and high-tech moulding technique. This system is fully compatible with our range of Foldable Intraocular lenses -Single piece, Three piece and Plate haptics design.

This Delivery Injection System allows the "HALF MOON" shape of the central rod tip to create a mechanical action on the lens edge, leaving free the trailing haptic. In turn, this action, allows the surgeon to inject the IOL with delicacy by an incision of 2.8mm to 3.2mm depending upon the insertion technique used.
