The "Biotech" single use cartridge are made of biocompatible Polypropylene homopolymer; they are moulded with a specify low temperature injection moulding technique. This technique makes it possible to increase amorphous of the Polypropylene surface.

Bio Hydro Cartridge ™

The Bio Hydro Cartridge is indented to be use with BIO HYDRO JECT™ single use IOL Injector having a hydraulic effect of the viscoelastic solution to push the IOL with a silicon stopper.
Thinner and Smaller than the traditional cartridge, it ensures safety of the patient eye and integrity of Intraocular Lens during injection; it allows the surgeon to control his IOL injection technique in the eye, through a micro incision from 1.75 mm to 2.6 mm depending upon the insertion technique used.

Hydro Mini Cartridge ™

Made to fulfil Bi-Manual Phaco Surgery needs with micro Lenses, the Biotech HydroMini™ cartridge is indented to be use with Biotech HydroJECT™ single use IOL Injector having a hydraulic effect of the viscoelastic solution to push the IOL with a silicon stopper.
It allows the surgeon to control his IOL injection technique in the eye, through a sub-micro incision from of 1.7 mm.

Bio MecaJECT™

The Bio Meca Cartridge is indented to be use with BIO MECA JECT single use IOL Injector having a mechanical action to the lens. It allows the surgeon to inject the IOL with delicacy by an incision 2.8 mm to 3.2 mm depending upon the insertion technique used.

Cartridges Packaging



All types of "BIOTECH" single use cartridges and its Silicone Stopper can be packed into a double blisters made of PETG and sealed with Tyveklids. This packaging ensure perfect sterile conditions and small enough to deliver cartridge with each IOL.
